Mr. Reed is the CEO of Castleton Commodities International LLC (CCI), a leading global energy commodity merchant and commodity infrastructure investment firm. Mr. Reed joined CCI’s predecessor company, Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy LLC (LDHE), in 2007 and was appointed CEO in 2008. In 2012, Mr. Reed executed the buyout of LDHE by a group of private investors and management, forming CCI.

Before joining CCI, Mr. Reed was founding partner and head of trading at Saracen Energy Advisors where he was one of four partners responsible for establishing the fund and growing assets under management from $30 million to $1.4 billion at the time of his departure in 2007. Prior to Saracen, Mr. Reed was Senior Vice President, Head of Trading at American Electric Power Energy Services (AEP) which became one of the largest energy trading and marketing companies in the United States during his tenure.

Mr. Reed served in the U.S. Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and 101st Airborne Division, and serves on the board of the Night Stalker Foundation. Mr. Reed holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Haslett is the President of CCI, a leading global energy commodity merchant and commodity infrastructure investment firm. Since joining CCI in 2013, Mr. Haslett has served in a range of senior leadership roles in investment, commercial, financial, and corporate areas of the firm, most recently as head of the firm’s asset division. He serves on the board of directors at TG Natural Resources, a natural gas producer majority-owned by Tokyo Gas.

Mr. Haslett previously worked at Highbridge Capital Management, where he was the lead deal professional in the buyout of Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy (LDHE) and subsequent formation of CCI in 2012. Mr. Haslett began his career in the investment banking department at UBS in the Global Power, Utilities and Renewables Group in New York.

Mr. Haslett holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University. He serves as Vice Chair of the Singapore American School Foundation (US).

Mr. Atamen is CCI’s Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining CCI in May 2008, Mr. Atamen served as Vice President of Proprietary Risk and Commodities Risk at Lehman Brothers where, since 2006, he was responsible for Lehman’s internal hedge funds and principal risk, and its global commodity proprietary and flow business. Mr. Atamen began his career at KPMG where he served within Financial Risk Management and Risk Advisory groups for clients in the investment banking and energy industries from 2003 to 2006.

Mr. Atamen earned an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Dolcetti is CCI’s Chief Financial Officer and previously served as its Global Tax Director. Prior to joining CCI in 2016, Mr. Dolcetti was responsible for tax planning, advisory and compliance for all trading and investment funds at Point 72 Asset Management. Prior to that, he spent nine years at GE Capital in various tax, risk and transaction advisory roles. He began his career at Arthur Andersen as a financial statement auditor, and subsequently served as a Tax Manager in its Transaction Advisory Services Group advising investment banks and private equity firms on tax matters.

Mr. Dolcetti holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Ferreira is the Chief of Staff to the CEO and the Head of Investor Relations. Since joining CCI in 2011, she has held various senior roles at the Company, including Global Treasurer and Global Head of Credit. Prior to joining CCI, Ms. Ferreira was a senior banker on Societe Generale’s commodity finance team, covering a global portfolio of commodities clients. Previously, Ms. Ferreira was a Vice President with UniCredit /HVB, responsible for financial institutions in North America and Latin America. She began her career in the Emerging Markets Group of Chemical Bank, a predecessor to JPMorgan Chase.

Ms. Ferreira graduated with a B.S. in Language Arts from Georgetown University, where she serves as committee chair for the Alumni Admissions Program.

Ms. Haymond is Global Head of Talent Strategy and leads CCI’s Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations functions. Since joining CCI in 2010, Ms. Haymond has held various positions including Global Head of Talent Management and Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to CCI, Ms. Haymond served as Director of Human Resources at Virtusa Corporation, and as a Recruiter and HR Generalist at the Blackstone Group. Ms. Haymond began her career at a boutique search firm and as a recruiter at Banc of America Securities.

Ms. Haymond holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Vermont.

Mr. Masani is the Head of CCI Europe and leads the following businesses: Global Oil, Global Multi-Commodities, and European Gas and Power. Since joining CCI in 2008, Mr. Masani has built and led commodity trading and principal asset investments businesses across multiple markets in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to CCI, Mr. Masani was an investment banker at Citigroup focused on mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs for financial institutions. He began his career in the commodity trading divisions of Enron and American Electric Power.

Mr. Masani holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, where he serves on the Economics Advisory Committee, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Pilo is the Global Head of Principal Investments for CCI. Mr. Pilo is based in CCI's London office where he is responsible for all of CCI’s asset investment activities in Europe and North America, including asset-backed trading & optimization and operations. Prior to joining CCI, Mr. Pilo served as a Director at Mercuria Energy Trading where he oversaw gas and power investments in the EMEA and Latin America regions. Previously, Mr. Pilo was with First Reserve focusing on power infrastructure and power equipment investments. Mr. Pilo started his career as an investment banker at Citigroup in the EMEA M&A team.

Mr. Pilo holds a B.A. in Finance and Macroeconomics from Suffolk University.

Mr. Ruckman is Head of North American Gas & Power. Mr. Ruckman joined CCI in 2010 and in 2016 became Head of U.S. Natural Gas. Prior to CCI, Mr. Ruckman held power and gas trading roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Prior to his career in the energy industry he served as an Armor Officer in the United States Army which included leadership and staff assignments in both the United States and Iraq.

Mr. Ruckman holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy.

Mr. Short is the Chief Information Officer for CCI responsible for technology globally. Before joining CCI in September 2019, Mr. Short served for ten years as the Chief Information Officer at Koch Supply and Trading in Wichita, Kansas. Previously, Mr. Short held technology leadership roles at Koch Industries in Wichita, Kansas and FedEx in Memphis, Tennessee.

Mr. Short attended the University of Mississippi and received a B.S. in Computer Science.

Mr. Tesoriero is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of CCI.  He joined CCI’s predecessor company, Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy, in 2008 and previously served as Deputy General Counsel beginning in 2009.  Prior to joining CCI, Mr. Tesoriero was General Counsel and Compliance Counsel for the Global Energy Group of Citadel Investment Group between 2005-2008.  Prior to that, he spent four years as Assistant General Counsel at American Electric Power Company responsible for advising their wholesale natural gas and electric power trading and marketing teams.  Mr. Tesoriero also spent nine years as Vice President at J. Aron & Company, the commodities trading arm of Goldman Sachs & Co., and began his career as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Mr. Tesoriero holds a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law from which he graduated magna cum laude.

The majority of Henry (Hank) Slack’s career has been in the natural resources business. During this period, he has been (often concurrently) Chief Executive Officer of Minorco SA, then one of the world’s leading operating resource groups; a director and member of the Executive Committee of Anglo American Corporation, and Chairman of Terra Industries (NYSE), which was an industrial nitrogen-based fertilizer company. More recently he was Chairman of Alico, Inc. (NASDAQ), a Florida based citrus and land company. He is the senior partner of Quarterwatch LLC, a private investment company. During his long career with Anglo American and Minorco, he was actively involved in the full range of those companies’ mining, financial and industrial activities worldwide. Mr. Slack has been a Director of W.R. Grace since 2019. 

For many years Mr. Slack was a director and investment committee member of E. Oppenheimer & Son International Limited, formerly a private investment and family holding company for the South African based family.

In addition, Mr. Slack has been a member of the board of Engelhard Corporation (1981-2007). He also was on the boards of Salomon Brothers (1982-1988) and SABMiller (1998-2002). Currently, he is a board member of W. R. Grace & Co. as well as other private companies internationally.

Mr. Slack graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in history.

Eileen Aptman is the Chief Investment Officer for Belfer Management LLC, a family investment firm. Belfer Management aims to compound capital via a diversified portfolio managed under a long term, tax efficient fundamentally driven investment strategy. The firm seeks to maximize risk-adjusted returns through a combination of public and private investments with a global mandate. Eileen provides leadership and management of the investment team.

Prior to joining Belfer Management, Eileen was a Vice President in the Asset Management division of Goldman Sachs. She started her investing career as an analyst for Scott Black at Delphi Management.

Ms. Aptman has served on the boards of directors of public and private companies and is currently a director of Castleton Commodities International. Ms. Aptman is a Member of George Soros’ Open Society Foundation Investment Committee as well as the Board of Trustees and Investment Committee of Tufts University. Ms. Aptman received a BA from Tufts University in Political Science and Asian Studies and is a CFA^® charter holder.

Greg Eisner is a Founding Partner and the Chief Executive Officer of Engineers Gate, a multi-manager quantitative investment company focused on trading in global financial markets.  Founded in 2014, Engineers Gate currently manages in excess of $1 billion in assets under management across 20+ portfolio teams. Prior to the inception of Engineers Gate and during much of its development, Mr. Eisner was the Chief Investment Officer of Dubin & Co. LP, a private investment company.

From 2005 through 2012, Mr. Eisner was head of corporate strategy at Highbridge Capital Management, an alternative asset management institution with over $35 billion of assets under management. Following J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s acquisition of Highbridge, Mr. Eisner was a managing director and the chief operating officer of hedge fund strategies for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. 

Mr. Eisner began his career as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions at The Blackstone Group. He earned his BS in Economics and BA in Philosophy from the Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Mr. Eisner has served on a number of public, private and charitable boards across the financial, commodity, biotechnology, retail, art and media sectors. He currently serves on the board of Castleton Commodities International and MoMA PS1. 

Thomas A. Patterson is a General Partner at Madrone Capital Partners, an investment firm based in Menlo Park, California that focuses on founder/family owned businesses.

Prior to co-founding Madrone in 2005, he worked for eight years at Weston Presidio, a private equity firm that pursued growth equity and leveraged buyout transactions. While at Weston Presidio, he was involved in a diverse range of businesses, including JetBlue Airways, MapQuest, InsulAir and Jane Cosmetics. He started his career at McKinsey & Company where he worked for four years in the Cleveland, Boston and Sydney offices.

Mr. Patterson serves on the Boards of Castleton Commodities International, Teya, and Barry-Wehmiller. He is also a Trustee of Rare.org.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in History from Harvard College where he rowed on the Crimson’s varsity lightweight crew team.

Kristen Weldon is a Partner and Head of Natural Capital at Cibus Capital LLP (“Cibus”), a sustainable food and agriculture investment firm. Ms. Weldon is also a member of Cibus’ Investment Advisory Committee. Prior to joining Cibus, Ms. Weldon was Managing Director and Global Head of BlackRock Alternative Investors Sustainable Investing. Ms. Weldon was responsible for instilling BlackRock's firm-wide sustainable investing strategy across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Credit businesses. Prior to BlackRock, Ms. Weldon was Global Head of ESG and Impact Investing at Partners Capital. Before this, Ms. Weldon was a member of the Executive Group at Louis Dreyfus Company, leading Food Innovation & Downstream Strategy. Ms. Weldon joined the company after 13 years at Blackstone, where she held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Head of Commodity Strategy and lastly as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the London office for Blackstone Alternative Asset Management. Prior to Blackstone, she worked at JPMorgan in London and New York. Ms. Weldon also served as Founding Board Member of 100 Women in Finance Ltd. between 2007 and 2017.

In addition to a Sloan Fellowship Master’s degree in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School, she holds a degree in Finance & International Business from Georgetown University (US), UK and US securities regulatory qualifications, and has received several awards over the years recognizing leading women in finance.

Michael J. Zimmerman has served as Vice Chairman of the Company since 2012 and is a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to serving as Vice Chairman, Mr. Zimmerman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President, Investments and Strategy. Before joining the Company, Mr. Zimmerman was a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers Inc. Currently, he is a Director of Stifel Financial Corp. and has served on the board on a number of public companies. Active in many nonprofit organizations, he currently serves as a trustee of the Mount Sinai Health System. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Mr. Zimmerman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
